Student Help Desk

The 91͵ Technology Department is now introducing a new online Student Help Desk system which will improve our ability to support students. Beginning Monday, August 31, the Student Help email ([email protected]) will no longer be monitored.

Help Desk Support Tickets

To enter a Help Desk support ticket, click the link below. You will be prompted for your username (your student ID) and your 91͵ password. Enter a ticket by clicking on “Submit New Ticket.” Please be as detailed as possible in the description of your problem and include your telephone number and email address in the ticket.

  • My child is having a problem with an 91͵-issued laptop, who do I need to contact?

  • I missed my child’s designated laptop pickup (for grades 3-9), who should I contact about getting a laptop for my student?

    If you missed your child’s designated laptop pickup (for grades 3–9) please contact your child’s school for information about when you can pick up your child’s laptop.
