91͵ has been named the 2018 #1 Best Place to Work by the Dallas Business Journal in the Extra-Large Business Category.

McKinney, Texas – During their 16th annual Best Places to Work Awards celebration on Thursday, the Dallas Business Journal named 91͵ the 2018 #1 Best Place to Work in the Extra-Large Business category.

The process began in July when the Dallas Business Journal announced the 100 Best Places to Work from among 500 North Texas entrants representing a wide variety of industries.

Businesses were categorized based on size—Micro, Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large—and the 100 winners who earned the Best Places to Work designation were chosen within their categories based on employee survey responses and an indexed score created by Quantum Workplace. 2018 marks the third year in a row that 91͵ has been named one of the 100 Best Places to Work by the Dallas Business Journal.

This year, 91͵ was ranked at the top of its class among high profile companies such as Baylor Scott & White, Fidelity Investments, Service King and Methodist Health System.

“I am very pleased that 91͵ has been named the #1 Best Place to Work in the Extra-Large Business category,” said 91͵ Superintendent Dr. Rick McDaniel. “This award validates what we have believed about 91͵ for a long time, and it is the result of the hard work of teachers, staff and administrators who have created a culture of excellence that continues to attract talented professionals to our district. We believe we are a first-class organization, and we will strive to build upon that every year.”
